Ahmad and Yasmine’s Jacksonville Florida’s maternity session is on the blog! I met Yasmine’s sister Hala at her job. I’m such a Chatty Kathy that we knew each others life story before I left on the first day. By the second Tim, Hala had looked up our website and was so excited to tell us about her sister being pregnant. Being the awesome sister that she is, Hala gifted Yasmine a maternity session. I am so glad she did because I absolutely loved documenting this special time for them.

Their Love Story
Ahmad and Yasmine met in 2017 through a family friend here in Jacksonville. They were together for 2 years and got married in Amman, Jordan in July of 2019. Once they came back to the states, they found out a few months later they were expecting a little bundle of joy. This was definitely a surprise for them but they were ecstatic! Ahmad was rooting for a boy. However, he soon found out he was going to have a little princess! When asked how he felt about the baby being a girl, he commented “boy or girl, the most important thing is that she is health, and my wife has an easy and healthy delivery. Deep down I really wanted a girl but was hoping for a boy first so he could be the big protective brother!” As for the future of their baby, they just want her to grow up accepting everyone for who they are and everyone accepting her for who she is!
