Kaitlynn and Richard’s Jacksonville Florida Backyard Wedding!

These two cuties met when she was 16 through a mutual friend. Kaitlynn says that it was crush at first sight! Time passed and three years later they went on a couple dates. Things didn’t work out then, but they remained friends and Richard spent most Holidays with Kaitlynn and her family. Kaitlynn never thought they would become a couple. She figured that if they didn’t work the first time, there wasn’t going to be a second time. But we make plans and God laughs right?! In 2017, they started spending more and more time together. One day, stubborn Kaitlynn realized Richard was the only one for her. Poor Richard had asked Kaitlynn to be his girlfriend so many times without a positive result that she knew she would have to be the one to ask to make things official. Two years later, she asked him to marry her!

Kaitlynn chose the best venue in Jacksonville for her… The house where she grew up. Her father had the bathroom redone and the backyard completely decorated with tents and a trellis on the dock. Their happiness was absolutely infectious. They laughed and danced in the rain and had the best time of their lives. We are so happy to have been a part of it!!!
